Events in Paris

Last week as we watched events in Paris we were all horrified – worried about how it impacts here in the UK – terrified by attacks on freedom.  If these events are impossible to understand as adults how much harder is it for children?

Today I came across this blog post from Emilie in Paris explaining how she helped her children to make sense of what was happening on their doorstep. And with it a link to Le Petit Quotidien, a children’s daily newspaper that has made a version dedicated to the victims of the Charlie Hebdo attacks which is downloadable here free of charge.
