Liverpool International Music Festival

On a sunny Bank Holiday Sunday we headed down to the gorgeous Sefton Park for the second Liverpool International Music Festival.
First stop was lunch while listening to DJs on the main stage. T could not stop dancing. Then off to explore the Family and Community area.
Loads of sports and activities to try from Lifestyles. The boys spent ages watching the fencing but were too shy to try it out.
Then to the families zone. Circus performances, crafts, books and a beach ( every family festival should have a beach). A fabulous afternoon in the sun!
Sadly the next day poured with rain but did manage to take the boys to see The Farm. It was 1990 all over again.
A great little festival – even better as we can walk there. And all for free – what’s not to love!?
