Sorry I’ve been absent for a week. I’ve been enjoying a bit of time with the family – eating too much, building lego, catching up with cousins, lazy mornings and more. Lovely!
Lots of new things coming on LDC over the next few weeks but more on that tomorrow. In the meantime heres what we got up to yesterday.
In need of some fresh air we headed off to Quarry Bank Mill, Styal. It was a last minute decision so the boys were really excited to discover there was a snowflake trail for us to explore.
And even better we got to make our own snowflakes! They were actually fairly easy to make – hopefully I can work out the instructions to share with you. (but it may take until next Christmas!)
The boys had a go at weaving, last picnic lunch of the year and a quick playground play rounded off a lovely winter’s day out. We Love the National Trust!
Have a wonderful time whatever you do this evening – we are staying in partying with the kids.
