Work is still manic so I decided I needed a trip to my favourite shop (in the name of research!). While there I treated myself to a little book.
There on the shelf was The Ladybird Book of Things to Make – a real favourite from my childhood. Flicking through I think I have made most of the things in there at some point. I vividly remember making the sea shell vase at sunday school and using it for years afterwards. Sure mum still has it somewhere!
Boys are very excited by it and are wanting to make the toy snake with cotton reels. So the Easter holidays could be spent working our way through the book.
Now wanting to get the More Things to Make!
